Appointment Policy
These guidelines help us keep appointments running on time and provide consistent service for every client.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments must be confirmed by email, text message, or phone.
Cancellation & No-Show
No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a $20 fee. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and same-day cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may also be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled. A deposit may be forfeited when the appointment can no longer be completed within the reserved time.
Refill & Fix Policy
Complimentary fixes are offered within 3 days of your service. Refills with fewer than 30% of the extensions remaining are charged as a new full set. Appointments at 40+ days require a new full set.
