-All appointments must be confirmed by email, text or phone calls.
-No shows, same day cancellations or same day reschedule are subject to a $20 fee.
-Deposit is not refundable for no-show, same day cancellation and same day reschedule.
-We understand that things happen & life gets busy. However, in the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours of your appointment time) you will be charged $20 cancellation fee.
-Late Policy Kindly note, we reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you are running late, please text as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 10 minutes late, your appointment might be CANCELED. You will lose your deposit & need to reschedule your appointment.
